John Howard acquired the property in 2006. When he arrived, what he found was a cabin he named Alacrán, due to the large number of scorpions he had. He began by cleaning it to be able to settle in it and little by little it was creating and building everything that currently exists. His arrival at the place was due to a dream that he had years ago, in which he indicated that there was a place in Costa Rica where he would not suffer the attacks of a disaster that an angel mentioned to him in the dream. In 2017 as a way of earning income, he opened the property to receive guests at the cabins he owns. It is possible to buy the book where it tells the entire story of the angel and the vision of the world it has.
