The hotel was created in 1985. It was given thanks to the visit of some friends who came to the place and paid for the stay, they recommended that he could found a hotel there. These first visitors then sent a visiting couple with a tent so they could sleep. Little by little they received visitors and developed infrastructure to receive tourists. The name of the place is due to the fact that its owner at the beginning was a person who considered himself in poverty and therefore called him that way.
